Terms of Service
This is a translation provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of DASH (the "App"), an iOS application provided by an individual developer (GitHub: skier-song9, the "Developer"). By installing and using the App you agree to these terms.
2. The service
- Displaying usage limits of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex)
- Listing, triaging, and marking as read your unread Gmail
Features may be added, changed, or discontinued without prior notice.
3. Accounts and third-party services
- The App's features require linking your Google account and AI coding tool accounts. Use of each service is governed by that service's own terms.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of linked accounts.
- The Developer is not liable for degraded functionality caused by changes to or discontinuation of third-party APIs.
4. Your obligations
- Do not use the App in ways that violate applicable law or third-party service terms.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the App's server components, abuse them through reverse engineering, or send excessive automated requests.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the App and this website's content belong to the Developer. Where source code is published, the repository's license applies.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is." The Developer does not warrant its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In particular, AI importance triage is an assistive feature for reference only; its accuracy is not guaranteed, and final responsibility for checking important mail rests with you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App (including damages from unread mail or inaccurate usage figures), except for damages caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence.
8. Suspension of service
The Developer may suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, third-party API changes, or other operational reasons.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes will be posted on this page; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction under its civil procedure law.
